1. How long does it take to deliver my order?
Delivery takes 4-6 working days across India depending on your location.
2. Can you rush my order? Or can you deliver my order on particular date?
Please contact our support team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Do you have any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
4. How to know the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in the "My Account" section.
5. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
6. How can I know my order is placed successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
7. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If the order hasn't shipped yet, you can contact support to change the address.
8. Do you offer Cash On Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for select pincodes.
9. Why I have to pay COD charges when the delivery is free of cost?
COD requires additional handling by our logistics partners, which incurs a small fee.
Print Size And Image File Requirement
1. Which file formats are supported to upload a picture?
You can upload JPG, PNG, and WEBP formats up to 10MB.
2. What size can I print my photo? What does recommended print size mean?
The maximum print size depends on the resolution of your uploaded image.
3. Why it shows "Uploaded image is very small please try with different image"?
Your image resolution is too low to produce a high-quality print. Please upload a larger file.
4. Why there are only few size options in the edit page?
We only show sizes that will result in a sharp, high-quality print based on your image's resolution.
5. I won't be able to find the large print sizes or there isn't any size recommended for my uploaded picture.
Try uploading the original photo directly from your camera rather than a compressed version from social media.
6. How will you print my file?
We use professional gallery-quality printers with archival inks.
Gifts
1. Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, you can enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. We do not include invoices in the package.
2. Do you offer gift wrapping?
We offer premium gift wrapping options during checkout for a small additional fee.
